Folic Acid Tabs - 800 mcg.
• Vital for prenatal health - U.S. Public Health Service reports that 400 mcg may reduce the risk of a woman having a child with birth defects of the brain or spinal chord.

The body can usually produce enough folic acid (given a healthy diet that includes leafy greens) before and after pregnancy, but a supplement of at least 400 mcg. of Folic Acid is recommended for pregnant women as a way of reducing the risk of certain birth defects.
